Discount Tickets: Discounted tickets for students, teachers, seniors (65 and older), İşbank employees, retirees, and İşbank shareholders’ employees are only applicable at the 3rd category seats.

Group Discount: For groups 25 and over 20% discount is applicable to the ticket prices (except for the 3rd category seats).

Ticket Returns: There may be changes on the program due to unforeseen reasons. Unless there’s a change in the program purchased tickets can not be exchanged or returned.

Service Charge

Biletix service charge will be added to the prices of the tickets purchased through the telephone, the Internet service and at the box offices.

Biletix service charge will not be added to the prices of the tickets purchased at the Main Box Office.

Tickets purchased through the Internet and the call centres can be picked up from the Biletix box offices until the event date (not on the event date) or they can be picked up from the İş Sanat Main Box Office as of two hours prior to the event time.

The courier charges are to be paid by the buyer when and if tickets are delivered.

Seating Plan

LATE-COMERS: Ticket holders who arrive late will be seated in the Hall during the first applause or at the intermission.
TICKET HOLDERS WITH CHILDREN: Children under the age of 7 are asked not be brought to the Hall except for children’s events.
SMOKING POLICY: The concert hall, the foyer and Kibele Art Gallery are no smoking zones.
MOBILE PHONES: Mobile Phones must be switched off during the performances.
RECORDING DEVICES: Photographing and recording (of any kind) of the performances are strictly forbidden. All cameras and other recording devices are required to be checked in at the coat check.
CLOAK ROOMS: The cloakrooms are free of charge.
CHANGES IN THE PROGRAM: Due to unforeseen reasons changes can occur in the program. In such circumstances tickets can not be returned.
COPYRIGHTS: Copyright fees of all performances are paid to Mesam and MSG.
