Yarkın Rhythm Group gave a memorable performance last season with the Koçani Orchestra. Never ceasing to please and surprise, now they come back with two of Turkish music’s famous names. Blending the rhythm of Turkish music with the melodies and rhythms of the Far East, Latin America and India, Yarkın Rhythm Group joins forces with Ferda Anıl Yarkın whom we know well as a singer and song-writer but who is a successful violin player as well. Then there is the great master Erkan Oğur. A varied repertoire of folk songs, pop songs, instrumental and vocal works of classical Turkish music will make this concert very romantic as well as fun.
