
İşbank, always having prioritized social responsibilities since its foundation has been realizing its musical and stage performance productions under the roof of İş Sanat since 2000.İş Sanat, which has been recognized as the most prestigious arts and culture centre of Turkey ever since its establishment, has become the meeting point of the Istanbullian art and culture followers with its arts events calendar filled with world renown names. Important and contemporary artists such as Yo-Yo Ma, Charlie Haden, Gidon Kremer, Dianne Reeves, Vladimir Ashkenazy, Dave Brubeck, Yuri Temirkanov, Ivo Pogorelich, Cesaria Evora, Branford Marsalis Wayne Shorter, Paquito D’Rivera, Bonnie Tyler and Robby Lakatos have been the attendees of İş Sanat-Istanbul Hall.
İş Sanat, located in the İş Towers, opened its doors to the audience with a performance of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra on November 4th, 2000. So far over 450,000 people have attended the arts events of İş Sanat, through its seven seasons. In addition to select performances of classical music, jazz, traditional Turkish music and world music, dance performances, theatre plays and poetry readings are being staged at the 800 seater Istanbul Hall of İş Sanat.
Some of the additional missions that İş Sanat assumed are; creating unique projects that assists the collaboration of Turkish and international artists, promotion and performance of Turkish composers’ works, providing performance opportunity for young talents and producing educational concert programmes for the future generation of classical music aficionados.
Kibele Art Gallery opened in 2000 with the works of Ayvazovski, exhibiting the works of one of the best known sea painters of the 19th century, commemorating his 100th death anniversary. Since then Kibele Art Gallary has hosted the İş Bankası Art Collection as well as retrospective exhibitions of the most renowned master sculptures of Turkish art history (Ergin İnan, Avni Arbaş, Mahmut Cuda, Ferruh Başağa, Semiha Berksoy, Kuzgun Acar, Mehmet Aksoy, Şadi Çalık, Nedim Günsur, Ali Teoman Germaner, Aydın Ayan, Sadi Diren, Balkan Naci İslimyeli, Mehmet Güleryüz, Zekai Ormancı, Güngör Taner, Devrim Erbil, Ender Güzey, Ayfer Karamani, Adnan Turani, Süleyman Saim Tekcan, Mustafa Esirkuş, Şeref Bigalı, Güven Zeyrek).
During the same period the Gallery has been also host to such exhibitions as “Blue Walls” exhibition of Burhan Doğançay, “Doors-Windows” photography exhibition of Şakir Eczacıbaşı and “İş Bankası the Notice of its History” exhibition.
There are three exhibition halls in the Kibele Art Gallery which is located at the main floor of the İş Sanat. The exhibition halls can either be utilized individually or can be combined into a big hall for more extensive shows. In addition to the İş Bank’s art collection exhibitions, many artists’ personal and mix shows of paintings, scultptures and photography take place at the Kibele Art Gallery. There is also an archive protected with special security precautions located in the Gallery that contains approximately 2000 paintings.

İzmir Art Gallery is being utilized by artists and art lovers located on the upper level of the İş Bank Konak Branch.
The Gallery consists of two halls adjacent to each other and expanding over 400 square meters. Picture, sculpture and ceramic exhibitions are displayed in the gallery, open daily except Sundays, Mondays and national holidays between 10:00 – 19:00 hours.
Galerimiz pazar, pazartesi ve bayram günleri dışında her gün 10.00 – 19.00 saatleri arasında gezilebilmektedir.
